Super Dry MSD series is added the function of medium temperature baking. The heater and dry unit work together to speed the drying , the humidity can reach ≤5%RH, which can meet the requirement of IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033D. Medium temperature baking can also avoid the oxidation caused in the traditional high temperature baking.
